SHIPPING POLICY

All regular orders are normally shipped within 2 business days. Custom orders are shipped as soon as they are created, usually within one week depending on availability of supplies.

You will receive one organza pouch for storing your charms for each five charms you buy. Charms will be packaged inside the pouch and mailed in a padded mailer for safety.

All items are shipped via your choice of USPS First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping fee is $4 per order for First Class Mail and $6 for Priority Mail. Shipping to Canada is $12.95.

All wedding favor orders of 50 or more charms receive FREE shipping!

We value your privacy and will never sell or share your personal information with anyone. Information submitted through our site is encrypted using SSL security technologies. We hate spam too.

RETURN POLICY

All of our wine charms are individually hand made. We stand behind our work. If you are unsatisfied with your wine charms for any reason, please let us know.

We accept returns for any reason within 10 days of arrival. Please login to our site and you will find a Return option on your order summary page.

If your wine charm becomes damaged or broken within 60 days, we will happily repair your charm and return it to you. Just ship it back to us with your receipt, and we will repair or replace it and send it back to you at no additional charge.
